Christine Magee

As a Senior Associate with Machado Law Group, Christine was a corporate immigration attorney for over six years prior to joining our firm. Christine brings her experience of crafting “out of the box solutions” for clients in areas of law that experience frequent change. Her practice includes a variety of school law matters including Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying (HIB), board policy, employment, and special education matters.

Christine also represents employers before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on a wide range of employment-based matters, including H-1Bs, TNs, change of status, PERM labor certifications, immigrant petitions (I-140s), and applications to adjust status (I-485s).

Christine served as elected President of the Immigration Law Students Associate at New York Law School and worked as a Legal Intern with the NYS Division of Human Rights. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New York Law School, and her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University, New Brunswick. Christine is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, and the New York State Bar.
