As a Senior Associate with Machado Law Group, Arian takes pride in solving various legal problems with ingenuity, diligence, and efficiency. Arian regularly provides counsel to clients in a variety of areas, including board policy, tenure, and seniority rights, student rights, employment matters, Open Public Records Act compliance, interpreting and drafting contracts, and all aspects of bidding and procurement. Arian has focused his practice on employment litigation, including the Conscientious Employee Protection Act, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge claims, as well requests for leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act. Arian received his Juris Doctor cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from the Honors College at Rutgers-Newark. While attending law school, Arian was named a Paul Fuller Scholar. Additionally, he served as an associate editor of the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal, as a student attorney at the Samuel-Glushko Intellectual Property and Information Law Clinic, and as a student volunteer with the International Refugee Assistance Project.
