As an experienced Associate with Machado Law Group, Kyle regularly provides counsel to clients in a variety of areas, with a primary focus on aspects of personnel and labor relations; the hiring, discipline and discharge of employees; grievances and arbitration. Additionally, as a formal economics major, Kyle brings a talent and passion for interpreting and drafting contracts, and counsels in all aspects of bidding and procurement; Open Public Meetings compliance; Open Public Records compliance; and collective bargaining negotiations and compliance issues.
Mr. Ulscht earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in May 2014. While attending law school, he received the ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in Intellectual Property Law and was named a Charles H. Revson Law Students Public Interest Fellow. Additionally, he served as the President of the Art Law Society and the Vice-President of the Intellectual Property Law Society. During his 3L year, he served as a student attorney at the Civil Rights and Constitutional Litigation Clinic at the school’s Center for Social Justice.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ulscht served as a Judicial Law Clerk to two judges in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Somerset Vicinage – Family Division, the Honorable Anthony F. Picheca, Jr., and the Honorable Peter J. Tober, J.S.C. Presently, he is admitted to the Bars of the State of New Jersey and the State of New York.
