Kyle attended Ramapo College of New Jersey, where he graduated, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society, as well as a minor in economics. While at Ramapo, he was a member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon International Economics Honor Society; the Phi Alpha Delta Campus Legal Society; and the Ramapo College Honors Program.
Mr. Ulscht earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in May 2014. While attending law school, he received the ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in Intellectual Property Law and was named a Charles H. Revson Law Students Public Interest Fellow. Additionally, he served as the President of the Art Law Society and the Vice-President of the Intellectual Property Law Society. During his 3L year, he served as a student attorney at the Civil Rights and Constitutional Litigation Clinic at the school’s Center for Social Justice.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ulscht served as a Judicial Law Clerk to two judges in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Somerset Vicinage – Family Division, the Honorable Anthony F. Picheca, Jr., and the Honorable Peter J. Tober, J.S.C. Presently, he is admitted to the Bars of the State of New Jersey and the State of New York.
